NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES ONLY. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Publication Survey ("Sweepstakes") will begin at 24:00 EDT (New Jersey) on March 25th, 2019 and end at 23:59 EDT (New Jersey) April 30th, 2019. ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is sponsored by Russell Research, One Meadowlands Plaza, East Rutherford, NJ 07073 ("Sponsor").
Eligibility:
Sweepstakes is offered electronically on the Internet via online surveys and the official Russell Research online survey website, located at (Link) The sweepstakes is offered to invited participants who are natural persons and legal residents of the United States who WERE DIRECTLY CONTACTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS RUSSELL RESEARCH POLL. The United States Armed Forces and all legal territories of countries included in these rules are eligible for the sweepstakes. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
How to Enter:
You may enter the Sweepstakes by following the link in your invitation to the survey website, and completing the survey online. Individuals will receive one entry for the survey completed during the sweepstakes period. If you do not wish to complete the survey, you may not be entered into the sweepstakes. Online entries must be received by 23:59 EDT (New Jersey) April 30th, 2019. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Data Protection Notice:
All opinions and responses expressed in this survey along with, name, address and any personal information will be kept strictly confidential and never shared with anyone outside of Russell Research, One Meadowlands Plaza, East Rutherford, NJ 07073 (“Sponsor”).
Prizes:
No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prize is nontransferable/nonsaleable. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Selection of Winners:
Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be held May 8th, 2019 by G.R. Reid Associates, LLP. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail and/or email within 15 days of the drawing. Winner will have 10 regular days from notification to accept the prize by email, and will be instructed whom to contact at that time. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner.
Grand Prize winner may, at Sponsor's option, be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility, release of liability, and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. Winners of prizes valued over $600 who are U.S. residents will be issued IRS 1099 forms for the value of the prize. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online or mail-in entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.
Conditions:
By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate Sweepstakes at any time and to award Sweepstakes prizes to individuals selected at random from the pool of entrants received up to the point of termination, if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the survey website, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Requests must be received no later than December 31st, 2019. U.S. residents must enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.
